With gorgeous natural backdrops ranging from vistas, canopied forest paths, riverfront spaces, and beautiful architecture, you’ll have endless share-worthy photo opportunities at our east Austin wedding venue. Take it all in, and don’t be rushed. We want you to be fully present and enjoy our artfully designed spaces as a backdrop to your wedding day.
Holidays incur additional costs to compensate the event team.

Venue Access:
It depends on the sunset. Generally, ceremonies are 1.5 hours before sunset, and receptions are 4-5 hours long.
Early sunset venue access 10 am - 11 pm (vendors out by midnight)
example: Sunset at 7:30 pm, ceremony at 6 pm, reception 7 pm-11:30 pm (venue access 11 am-midnight)
Late sunset venue access 11 am - 12 am (vendors out by 1 am)
example: Sunset at 5:30 pm, ceremony at 4 pm, reception 5 pm-10:00 pm (venue access 10 am - 11 pm)
TABLES + CHAIRS
245 chairs (split between ceremony and reception) - These are high-quality resin garden chairs with a seat pad, dark brown. Couples must rent additional chairs from a rental vendor if more chairs are needed.

Bridal Cottage full bathroom, full kitchen, living space, large front porch, and ample getting ready spaces.
Groom's Cabin for changing, full bathroom, full kitchen, and outdoor seating area with great photo spaces.
The rest of the property is for first looks, wedding party photos, family, and golden hour photos. Endless options! No other events are happening on your wedding day!
SUPPORT + LOGISTICS
Shiraz Garden Hostess will provide logistical assistance and escort the couple and wedding party around the property via a golf cart for photos and more. Our Shiraz Garden Hostess spoils our couples on the wedding day! From the time the couple arrives to when they depart, there is always a Shiraz Garden representative on-site to lend a hand where possible.
In addition, a 2nd Shiraz Representative will be on-site 30 minutes before the ceremony with a golf cart to help move guests until the event's end.

To book a date at Shiraz, we require a 1) signed contract, the 2) first installment in your rental package (1/3 of package price), and 3) independent liability insurance from Event Helper.

Drop off and assemble décor for easy placement on the wedding day.
Prep the Bridal Cottage with all your breakfast, lunch, and drinks! There is a full fridge and kitchen!
No reason the wedding party can’t drop off their belongings in the cabins, too. The fewer items that can be forgotten on the wedding day, the better for everyone.
Avoid Saturday Rental drop-off fees, cake, and other vendor drop-offs - all are welcome during your 2-hour window.
Use the hours on Friday to maximize your day on Saturday! You’ll be amazed at what a stress relief these hours are!
